Where to find tracking
When an order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Check that inbox first, including promotions or spam folders if the message is not visible.
If the carrier link shows no movement yet, allow time for the parcel to be scanned after dispatch. Tracking often updates after the carrier receives and processes the parcel.
