Where we ship
Australia only — to street addresses across all states and territories, including regional and remote postcodes. We do not currently ship internationally.
What it costs
Free on every order, no minimum. Includes tracked dispatch.
Dispatch time
- Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on a business day: dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 2 pm AEST, or on weekends / public holidays: dispatched next business day

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the courier collects the order.
Carrier
We use Australia Post for all orders. Tracking details are sent by email at dispatch, and you can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, email support@k9alert.com.au with your order number. We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no cost.
